Your designated guardian conducts monthly walkthroughs, provides detailed written reports, and manages all vendor relationships on your behalf.
What are the payment terms for your services? +
Service fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and outlined clearly before any engagement begins. The Landed Property Exploration service is priced from SGD 230, Comprehensive Lease Management from SGD 770, and the Estate Guardianship Programme from SGD 1,480 per month. Specific pricing is confirmed after an initial consultation.
