Each property is presented with both interior and exterior photography, an assessment of garden condition and potential, and practical notes on parking, security, and neighbourhood character. Viewings are arranged with generous time allowances.

All negotiations are conducted with patience and fairness. The final lease package includes the signed agreement, photographic inventory, and a reference guide to your rights and responsibilities.

Estate Guardianship Programme

A thorough, ongoing management service designed for landed property residents. Your guardian coordinates both indoor and outdoor maintenance — from interior systems servicing and pest management to garden upkeep, tree pruning, and drainage monitoring. Pool maintenance, if applicable, is included within the scope. Your guardian conducts monthly walkthroughs and provides detailed reports, serves as your representative with landlords and local authorities, and manages all vendor relationships. Lease renewal planning begins well in advance to allow for thoughtful negotiation.
